The location of the hotel was nice - a 10-15 minute walk from Wielka Krokiew Ski Jumping Hill. It was also really close to Krupowki Street, the city center and a quiet area close to the center. Had a tasty meal in the patio.

The room was big size with a private bathroom. The staff was incredibly kind and pleasant, the beds were comfortable. Hotel's location was unbeatable and magnificent, in the town centre.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows made for a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities were great - especially the breakfast buffet with a good selection of local dishes. The staff was helpful and provided us with useful information about transportation and the location - it was just a short walk to the main market and close to all the ski slopes.

Overall had really good stay for a short visit. Our room was huge and freshly renovated with a balcony. The location of the hotel was very central, so close to Krupowki, a quiet area close to the center and other attractions.

Location: the hotel was close to Zakopane, and all the shops and restaurants around Gubałowka. We had guest room with a balcony.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a small park with playing areas for kids and is situated in a quiet area near the center. The rooms were clean, basic, and had all the necessary amenities anyone would need. The bathroom was modern and included a powerful hot shower. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was reasonably good.
The hotel lacked daily room servicing and a few extra facilities like a kettle in the room and clean towels upon arrival.
